  Their never available to help, there out lunch, there in a meeting, there with a customer, they want you to leave a message. Is this really a legitimate title company, probably not,

  Escrow officer took it upon herself to review the Trust under which we were selling a property and incorrectly came to the conclusion that multiple additional documentation was needed in order to sell our property, although the same Trust (without additional documentation) was used in multiple prior real estate transactions. This officer refused to forward it to her Title and Legal department until actually confronted by me (the Seller) with the points in the Trust that she had overlooked and misinterpreted. Her legal department subsequently upheld my points. So, bottom line, we (and other professionals I had to contact) were put through multiple irrelevant "hoops." When this was pointed out to the escrow officer, no responsibility was taken. When pointed out to the CEO, also little (if any) responsibility was taken - merely the "company line" of supporting incompetent behavior by one of his employees.
